New appointment signals Leah's continued push to bring Agentic AI innovation to legal, procurement, and finance teams across the Fortune 500

LONDON, UK – 08 April 2026 — Leah, a leading Agentic AI company and the pioneer behind Leah Agentic OS, today announced the appointment of Jeff Ikejiri as Senior Vice President, Agentic OS. In this role, Jeff will work closely with Leah's go-to-market teams to drive new business and expand the company's enterprise footprint.

Jeff brings more than two decades of enterprise experience to Leah, having built his career at the intersection of law, operations, and technology. He began as a litigation and employment attorney at global law firms Davis Wright Tremaine and Sedgwick, advising Fortune 100 clients before transitioning into legal operations consulting. At RGP, he played a central role in building the firm's national legal transformation practice, and went on to hold senior leadership positions at UnitedLex and Epiq before joining KPMG as a Partner leading the firm's legal services business where he drove cross-functional collaboration across consulting, technology, and client delivery teams, including working closely with Leah on enterprise client engagements.
