Leah Appoints Adil Karachiwala as SVP, Commercial Strategy, P2P
LONDON, UK, September 9, 2026: Leah, an enterprise agentic AI company, today announced the appointment of Adil Karachiwala as Senior Vice President, Commercial Strategy, P2P (Procure-to-Pay). In this role, Adil will lead the commercialization of Leah's Procurement offering, working closely with the company's go-to-market leadership.
"Adil has sat on the other side of the table: the implementation, the internal buy-in, the day-to-day workflows our customers navigate," said Anurag Malik, President and CTO of Leah. "That perspective adds something rare to our team, and it's a big part of why we're excited to have him on board. There's no substitute for someone who has lived the problem we're solving."
Adil joins Leah after nearly 20 years at Comerica, where he most recently served as SVP, Director of Sourcing and Contracts Management. In that role, he was responsible for modernizing Comerica's procurement platforms and building a best-in-class sourcing and contracts management organization, work that included selecting and implementing Leah as part of Comerica's procurement transformation.
"Procurement is at an inflection point, and Leah is leading that shift. I saw that firsthand as a customer, watching the platform move from workflow automation to true autonomous execution," said Adil Karachiwala, SVP, Commercial Strategy, P2P at Leah. "Joining now, at this stage of that journey, and helping bring that vision to more procurement teams is what excites me most."
Adil holds a bachelor's degree in Management of Information Systems and a master's degree in Finance and Supply Chain Management from Oakland University.
